Every project is different and each client has unique needs and circumstances. Quantus works with each client to develop a specific scope of services for every project. We have a comprehensive list of services available to review and select the types of support appropriate for individual projects. See below for an overview of the focus areas in which we specialize.

FLEXIBLE CONTRACTING

Quantus offers flexible arrangements. Typically we can provide a flat fee for well defined services. We can also provide hourly, as needed support.

Quantus is a group of talented project managers. We are not movers. However, we are able to include movers under our scope of services if this agreement is best for the client. Quantus is able to work as a sub-contractor to other team members, such as the general contractor.
