Quantus Network offers:

• Mobile apps (available on App Store and Google Play)
• Desktop applications with integrated mining functionality
• Access to our open-source code
• Community newsletter and updates
• Access to the Quantus Network blockchain

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Distribute malware or hack systems
• Violate export controls or sanctions
• Interfere with network operations
• Provide false information

• Mining functionality is for educational and network participation
• You must comply with local energy and mining regulations
• We make no guarantees about mining profitability or rewards
• Network features may change as the protocol evolves

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under American Arbitration Association rules. These terms are governed by Wyoming law. We may terminate access if you violate these terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your wallet credentials and seed phrase
• Complying with local laws regarding cryptocurrency and mining
• Understanding the risks of blockchain technology
• Lost private keys cannot be recovered by us

Important: We do not store or access your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. You have full control and responsibility for your wallet and assets.

• We cannot recover lost private keys or seed phrases
• We cannot reverse transactions on the blockchain
• We cannot freeze or control your assets
• You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials
• Always back up your seed phrase in a secure location

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties. Cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $1
• You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of our services
